Yoann Valensi: CEO

Prior to launching the MobileGlobe project, Yoann worked as a financial analyst at Perfectis, a private equity fund and at Gide Loyrette Nouel Law Firm in New York. He is entrepreneurial and versatile by nature, he founded his first company when he was at law school and sold it after 3 successfull years. Yoann is graduated of EM Lyon business school and hold a Master in business Law at La Sorbonne.

 
Laure Cohen: COO

Laure joined MobileGlobe in January 2008 with the purpose of developing the B-to-B activity of MobileGlobe in Europe. Before joining us, Laure had accumulated a rich financial experience working as an analyst, first for the Société Générale and for GFI. She has an entrepreneurial background as well, being the founder of Cleanco; a company specialized in providing caretakers for large corporations. Laure has graduated from Paris-Dauphine with a Masters Degree in financial engineering (225).

 
Anne-Marie Vazeille: CTO

Anne-Marie is an expert in Research and Development on all embedded environments. She began her carrier at Sonear’s where she mostly dealt with development on SIM cards. Afterwards, she joins MobileGlobe where she is in charge of technology supervising with a particular focus on mobile applications. Anne-Marie has graduated from the CNAM.

 
Fernando Mello: Director of development in Brazil

Fernando has more than 24 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries, mostly in new businesses. Previously, he worked from inception as CEO of Iqara Telecom (BG/British Gas Group), the first Metro Ethernet operator in Latin America, and DirectNet, the largest independent wireless ISP and first WiMax network in Brazil. Other positions included Vice-President at Metrored (Fidelity Investments), Executive Director at Compugraf Network Services and Proudfoot Consulting, Professional Services Director at AT&T/Lucent Technologies, and Senior Consultant at Bull Technologies. Fernando holds an MBA from FGV (Brazil’s top business school), and a degree in Computer Sciences from Mackenzie University.

 
Stephanie Peters: Director of development in Germany

Prior to joining theMobileGlobe team, Stefanie set up the German business for Jajah Inc., signing strategic partnerships with top online/media players. She also managed the operational business of be2, a leading online matchmaking company, in the German-speaking region. Prior to this, Stefanie was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group in Germany and the US, where she acquired strong expertise in the Internet and media business. Before BCG, Stefanie obtained her MBA from INSEAD and worked as a consultant for Accenture.

 
Renaud Amiel: Director of Business development

Prior to joining Mobile Globe, Renaud worked 4 years in marketing in Procter & Gamble, and 18 years in The Boston Consulting Group where he was a Vice President & Partner in the Brussels office from 1995 to 2006. Renaud brings his many years of strategic and management consultant experience notably in the telecom area.
