Downloading MobileGlobe Application
Before dowloading MobileGlobe Application, please check that your WAP or GPRS option is activated. If not, please contact your mobile operator.
How to make a call with MobileGlobe Application?
| 1. Download MobileGlobe Application |

| - Check your mobile phone for a SMS from us |
| - Follow the link to begin installing MobileGlobe Application on your cellular. (If you did not receive the SMS, log on to "My Account" then "Download MobileGlobe" in order to the SMS to be sent again) |
| - Open the application in your mobile : Depending on the brand and the model of your cellular, it may show up in the "Applications", "Games" or "Installations" folder |
| - Follow the instructions to set up MobileGlobe Application. |
| 2. Use MobileGlobe Application from your home country |

| - Dial the number you are calling (00+country code+city code+local number) |
| - Click on "MG Call". |
| 3. Use MobileGlobe Application from abroad |

| - Select "location" in the "options" menu of the application’s main screen, then choose "other" |
| - Enter the number you wish to call in international format (00+country code+local number) |
| - Select "MG Call", wait a few second, you are called back and be connected to your correspondant. |
Please check :
- When you make a call, press "MG Call" and not the green button or other button. You could go through your mobile operator’s network and not through MobileGlobe.
